Members of the American Boxer Club and members of an American Boxer Club Member Club in good standing with their respective clubs are eligible to compete for and receive the Annual Specials Awards. The only exception being the award for Junior Showmanship, as the membership rule does not apply to Juniors.
The award year shall run from January 1st through December 31st of each year. Winners will be announced and the awards presented each year at the annual dinner.
Those eligible members actively campaigning their Boxers are encouraged to keep track of their dogs wins, and during the months of February and March should contact the Specials Chairman to verify their wins in the category in which they are eligible to compete. All award information is compiled from show reports as listed in the A.K.C. Gazette.
Please note that no special form is needed to apply for any Annual Specials
Award. A letter with the dog's name, name and date of shows won at, owner's
name and telephone number along with club affiliation will suffice.
Note also that in categories 1 through 14 and 21 listed below, that only those wins "with competition" shall count towards actual wins in each category.

15. Best In Show Specialties (Dog or Bitch)
16. Kennel Making The Most Puppy Blues
17. Kennel Making The Most Champions
18. Kennel Breeding The Most Champions
19. Sire Producing The Most Champions
20. Dam Producing The Most Champions
21. Most Junior Showmanship Wins With A Boxer
22. Top Obedience Boxer
23. Special Obedience Award
24. Performance Events Award
